Appointment Policy

All services, scheduled or "drop off" are by appointment only.

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. We appreciate your patience.

For your convenience, "drop-off" appointments are available. A "drop off" means bringing your pet at the time that works best for you and leaving him/her with us for a few of hours. Usually we will ask you to leave your pet early in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between scheduled appointments. Once the doctor has completed the examination, she will contact you to review the findings and discuss the planned treatment or give you discharge instructions. Please bring a written, detailed history of the problem or be prepared to answer extensive history questions.  Since you won't be present at the time of the examination, we try to anticipate the questions the doctor would ask you.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that patients be current on all vaccinations. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to control your pet. We recommend that animals be on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room.  If you have forgotten your leash, no worries.  We have plenty available at the front desk and they are yours to keep.

Payment Policy

As always, if you require assistance in bringing your pet from your vehicle, let our receptionist know and a technician will be happy to help!
